Biography

Daniya Belkheir has been working as a research assistant and STEM coordinator at the zdi center BeST at the Institute for Technologies and Management of Digital Transformation (TMDT) since October 2025.

Ms. Belkheir studied for a bachelor's degree in quality management with a focus on mechanical engineering at Pavlodar State University in Kazakhstan until June 2005. Thanks to a scholarship, Ms. Belkheir was able to continue her studies in the same master's program at the University of Wuppertal. As part of her master's thesis, she analyzed the potential and synergies of combining the two quality methods FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and FMDEA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis). She then worked at the Chair of General Electrical Engineering and Theoretical Communications Engineering at the University of Wuppertal until September 2025, first as a lecturer in the “zdi-Zentrum BeST” project and then as a STEM coordinator.
