Biography
Finn Elbl has been working as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Institute for Technologies and Management of Digital Transformation at the University of Wuppertal since November 2025. He completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial engineering at the University of Wuppertal. As part of his master's thesis, “Investigation of an RAG-based system for the automated conversion of natural language into SPARQL queries,” at TMDT, he developed and evaluated a pipeline that uses large language models to make the query language SPARQL accessible to users without specialist knowledge. At TMDT, he is conducting research on data rooms.
