Biography

Phillip Nguyen has been a research assistant at the Institute for Technologies and Management of Digital Transformation at the University of Wuppertal since June 2025. Previously, he was employed at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Work, Human Resources and Organization, at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf from February 2019 to May 2025. His research focuses on the handling and acceptance of digitalization and digital transformation as well as the management of change processes.

From 2011 to 2018, he studied sociology, philosophy and business administration with an interdisciplinary focus at RWTH Aachen University. He was awarded his doctorate in January 2024. In his dissertation, he examined the influencing factors and effects of the use of digital collaboration tools by employees in the public sector.
