Biography

Tristan Langer works as a scientific researcher at the Chair for Technologies and Management of Digital Transformation at the University of Wuppertal since January 2020. In his research, Mr. Langer focuses on the early integration of complex expertise in the data analysis of industrial production processes. For this purpose, he investigates how knowledge from the interaction of domain experts with data can be extracted and used for similar analytical processes.

Mr. Langer studied Computer Science at the RWTH Aachen University. His areas of specialization were human-computer interaction and software architecture. Afterwards, he worked as a scientific researcher at the chair of Information Management in Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where he developed AI processes in the production context as part of various research and development projects.
